Time to explore more in Technology Tools & Course Websites~

Image that I with an inspiration  quote from Pinterest.  Another day, another blog! Today, I will be talking about the tools that I explore about technology tools and course websites from our task. It's time to answer more questions πŸ˜ͺ Me: A sad cat gif sighing for more work. 1. Are you already familiar with some of these technology tools?     Yes. I am already familiar with Pinterest as I am using this website to get good quality images. I mostly look for images as an inspiration from Pinterest and I also use them to my blog posts and other presentation projects for my other modules.     Even though I am not familiar with the image editing program examples from our tasks, I still edit my photograph images and edit them to use for my blogs and when I am practicing my editing skills. Instead, I use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator because that are the software we mostly used for college and I am more familiar with them.  The image that I used today was quickly made in Illustrator

Assignments First Impressions

Animation Gif 1. What assignments are you most intrigued by? The first assignment that I am intrigued about is the Reading, because every task will have different contents that could change your perspectives about certain things. It could be a way to help me challenge myself more and see how far I go with my writing capability. I am also hoping that the reading topics are interesting. I'm also curious about Unity3D and I am excited to create my first game. Hopefully, the tutorials are straightforward and easy to understand so I won't have any problem doing the lab tasks during this semester. 2. Is there any extra credit options that grab your attention? I like all the extra credit options because each of them has different content that could improve us, students, in many ways. For example, Tech-tasks makes you learn different kinds of web-based useful tools that could improve your technological skills. It can also make your blogs and posts more attractive to your readers. I thi

Introduction to a future Animator 😁

If you've been reading my blog post since the day I started, you have read my first introduction. However, I haven't really talked about myself. So in this post, I will along with questions from the tasks we have given. 😁 My photo from last year First of all my name is Flosie Jane Sazon, I am currently a 2nd-year student studying Creative Digital Media at the  Technological University of Dublin located in Blanchardstown Campus. I'm 20 years old (even though I don't look my age πŸ˜‚) and I have been living in Ireland since I was 13. This course wasn't actually my first choice even though I love art. My first choice was something about business and language which was way different from what I'm doing now, but I'm really happy that I'm doing what I love. Even though there were a lot of times convincing my parents but everything went well in the end.πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ What was the best class you took last semester? why? Even though I enjoyed Web Development and Design Proc

Growth Mindset

Image link              Image link Have you heard of Carol Dweck and/or the growth mindset before? How did you learn about it? How do you see yourself on the spectrum of growth-fixed mindset in your schoolwork? what about other aspects of your life? (for example, if you are an athlete, can you relate to this from a sports perspective? music? travelling? cooking?)    I was surprised when I watched the first part of the talk about " Growth Mindset" by Carol Dweck because she said that grading your work as "Not yet" instead of a low grade number is fantastic. I couldn't get the idea at first since I've never really thought about it too much like in this context. I usually try to work hard on my next project taking into consideration my grades no matter how low they are. However, after listening to her talk it made me reflect on the way I confront my grades and my attitude towards them. It made me realize how sometimes instead of unde

Favorite Games

I'm going to start my second task for this week talking about my favorite games.  I don't only play games based on their popularity. As long as it gets my attention, I will give it a try regardless of their genre. Most of the games that I play are about Art/design such as Pixel Art, Paint by Numbers and Homescapes. These are the games that helps me relax and concentrate whenever I need a break from doing college work or just in general. However, those are not the only games that I've tried. I have also been playing different genres such as Horror Mobile games e.g. Identity V and multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) e.g. Mobile Legend. Even though I'm not the best player, I still enjoy playing it with my friends. Both of this games are multiplayer and can be played on PC and mobile phones.  Today I will talk about Homescapes, (one of the games above) a game that I have been playing a lot lately. Homescapes I have been playing this game for a year now and it is one of m
